One way to spruce up the home is to bring natural elements in. Things like seashells, branches, flowers, etc. Here we came across this project which made us said “Why I didn’t think of this?”.
The project is installing a number of LED lamps into a wooden branch. There will be some drilling and wiring. But the effort will pay off as the result is a cool looking LED lamp with a nature theme. The few pictures below shows the final outcome of how it looks like.

Instructions how to make a LED lamp in an natural wood branchI used 2 set of Ikea’s Ledberg spots. each set consists out of 3 lamps and generates 320 lumen of warm white light.
